Dude... I have the same game on my i pod touch... only the one on the i pod is better. Graphics, slick and cool. Sound, okay. Fun, meh... kinda gets boring. We've all played this game before... this is just another one to add to the loooong list.
Another brickgame
While the game itself might not be too bad, it's this game has been remade oh-so-many times now. Try something more original next time.

ok now for the review..
the good :
a decent remake of a good game. kept my attention for a while.
angled blocks and pads are always nice to have.
power ups were well implemented.
visuals were pleasing.
the bad :
lags like a mother f#$%er (at least on my machine) my guess is your collision detection is highly inefficient. there are solutions for that and publishing your game as is shows to me that it was either rushed or you just didn't care.
strong bricks are a matter of taste. I dislike them. you used them a lot. so..
easy + strong bricks(i.e. not much brick smashing action) = gets boring rather fast. especially considering the many other versions of this game.
all in all a decent remake. can be much improved.

It's okay
I would suggest also giving it keyboard controls as well, and music. Definately music. Speed up the ball. Because it does get boring watching it bounce back and forth at a slow speed.
These are just suggestions to help keep players interested for a longer amount of time. Plus to keep them challenged.
