I've done ALL of the levels on 1st try... So I'd say its WAY to easy, 6\10.
Try doing this again without glitches
This game has a major glitch at level 4, as soon as you take out the top college student, he respawns out of nowhere and no matter how many times you shoot him he doesn't die, even shooting him pre-emptively doesn't work

Good game but a couple glitches and the mission where you have to kill the skater is way to hard.

I was having a really good time and when i was trying to protect the governor from the sniper in the window (top left) it took me back 2 levels to the C4 bombers ?!?!?!
