Good but needs work.
First of all, good job on making the actual game. Now for some advice. First of all one of the big helpfull parts of tetris was that there was a screen that showed you what the next piece was so you could plan your moves before they come at you.This would be a big improvement and help for the people who will play your game. Next I think that it would be better if you added some music or something. There are some good soundtracts and loops of the original tetris here on newgrounds that you can use if you credit them and adding that music would greatly improve the user experience and almost asure you great ratings. Anyway there is my advice, take it if you want but it is already pretty good flash anyway.
Meh, it's ok.
It's got the basic game in it so good job. But I would recommend upping the graphics a tad bit (or if you are going for simple than keep them). Add some music too. There are lost of Tetris songs out there. And Finally, see if you can add a "Next Piece" window so that people can plan their next move. (P.S. i like how the score goes up if you hold the down button.)

It's a tetris remake with an annoying flaw
If you play the regular tetris, you'll notice that there is a split second after a block lands that allows you to slide the block left or right. Your version is missing this, and I think this is a crucial element for strategy. It's a solid remake, but not interesting, you could have done something with the graphics, maybe tried to add a few new modes or something.
Hurts my eyes
Some of the colors hurt my eyes. It doesn't have any music. Nothing new or anything.
