Reviews for "Supreme Deer Hunting"

Great

dude this is a great game good work I had a lot of fun playing this 10/10, 5/5 and favorite

really good hutning game

I dont even remember seeing any others on NG's...I dont even remember any.

So this game gets:

The best hunting game award! W00t!

all that aside, there is still great room for improvement to not just this deer hunting game, but maybe a hunting game to hunt all kinds of things, birds, other Canadain and U.S animal, exotics even (Elephants, etc)

but Im getting distracted. I dont know if these are glitches or not, but

Buck's go down in 1 hit, Doe's 2 (But a chest shot [Lungs/heart] Should take it down in one hit (If its in the kill zone)
EDIT: I just played a 2nd time to see some things I might have missed. I think this author does have a "kill zone" radius. It was just coiencedence I was hitting it with the buck. I always shoot the same spot, but I think the gun still has a chance to miss (making that much more real) truly amazing. Im impressed beyond words. I only gave this submission a 3, but it diserved a 4. And could easily have so few added to get 5. I will be back to give you some 5s to make up for my 3. :)

The "Next Level button" Shouldnt be called restart, maybe something like "Next" or "continue". Its just I was hesitant to press retry, when its obvious you continue on after all shooting....I did figure it out. Im just saying it would be easier.

Now for improvements

Diffrent gun choices. Such as a Rifle and even handguns, hehe (Sound effects also of course)

The upgrades where great, but more is always good. Being a hunter (Not big time prodessional tho) I can still offer some nice faqs to make it more realistic. OFAH is a good organization also worth checking out for info

Levels or missions (And still have free play). Something that breifly describes the level and whatcha gotta do.

2 Bucks, or Buck and Doe kinda thing. If you've add more animals it can be all kinda of crazy missions. Even give funny/serious reasons as to why they are hunting that critter.

Again great game. The graphics where more than good enough, and it all ran smooth.

Just thought of a few things to make it more fun/harder

some deer run from the get go, some turn around and run
Using bullets cost points.

Hope you don't mind reading. Keep the great games coming man. I have been checking out the portal for 2-3 days now off and on. First new submission I played that was actually good in quite sometime :)

Oregon trail...

Nice game, fun time killer reminds me of oregon trail too. I would like to see a 3nd 1 mabey with more upgrades or guns even"hint hint" but yeah reat game

Nice game

This was a good game and was fun for awhile. Kinda reminds me of the old Deer Hunter game I used to play. I liked the fact that the deer exhibited a fairly realistic kill zone and that upgrades actually improved your effectiveness. The camo and doe scent upgrades made the game more fun because you could shoot multiple deer. Possible improvements would be additional weapons in the form of upgrades (rifle, muzzleloader, handgun, bow, crossbow) and the ability hunt in different areas for different species (ex. mountains=elk, mountain goat, bighorn sheep; plains= pronghorn antelope, mule deer). I believe that this is the first hunting game on Newgrounds, so congratulations. As a deer hunter in real life, I wish that it was actually that easy.

Fun and addictive.

This game is seriously addictive to me, a hunting game addict. I like that it just keeps going on. If i had to make a suggestion, it would be to have bronze, silver, and gold ones of each trophy. Like you get the bronze at 100 does, the silver at 200, and the gold at 500? And same with the big bucks (lower numbers, of course... maybe 10, 30, and 50?), and the regular bucks. But other than that, it's a highly enjoyable and addictive game. I just keep playing. :)
