Not much of an improvement over the last one

I really loved the last SW game, it was great, but in this game I didn't really see anything significantly improved, only minor tweaks here and there.while you did add lots of new turrets, most of them are gimmicky at best, and the only ones I've found useful over my stalpes from the last game are the reload buff turret and the decoy turret, which serves basically the same function as an all HP upgrade normal cannon turret did for me in the last game, so I don;t know if tis so much an imporvement as something specifically made for the purpose I use it, besides MG fire immunity. There were also numerous soundtrack and graphical changes. The only major change I noticed is a slightly harder difficulty at some poins compared to the old game and a storyline, which isn't really depthy enough to add flavor to the game. Instead of just adding a bunch of somewhat unecessary turrets, you might think about making the campaign longer and adding more plot to the game, maybe putting a face behind the enemy. I'd really appreciate that. Its still a solid game, but it feels less like a whole new game than just the last one with a few new stuff throw in here and there.

Christ

,...im using like IE 7 with no probs,...great game,..but not one to play when you're tipsy....lol.

Pretty sweet

I liked the earlier Stormwinds, and while this game doesn't seem to offer anything dramatically new, it's still fun.

What I like to do is use just the heavy cannon as my weapon--it's perfectly serviceable on every level I've seen so far, though it takes some skill to use. I just finished the "Last Outpost" campaign by using a heavy cannon and 4 damage buffs, pumping my damage to 329 per shot by the last level. With that damage, even the huge "bosses" die in 2 hits against their armored front! I got away with that by upgrading the health of my front damage buff so that it soaks all the hits for me.

The game is kinda sad though because the story is a war of defense, where you keep getting pushed back. (the unspoken assumption is that your country eventually loses each campaign and the enemy pushes on to the next outpost that you then defend).

Cool and Fun

I thought it was really fun, the big ships are nice and i didn`t have any bug problems.

Wow seriously?

Every game in this series is so fucking easy. In the previous games, all you needed to do was buy the double machine gun and nothing but damage buffers until it was doing 6-7 per shot (also saving all upgrade points for damage) and then building a shield generator to protect the machine gun.

This game takes it to a whole new level of easy, build a SPREADING MACHINE GUN and do the same thing. Now you have a gun shooting 3 bullets dealing 7 damage each that's incredibley easy to aim at the enemy's weakspots. To all you saying this game is hard: you fail.

Doesn't mean it wasn't fun however, I still give it a 9/10, -1 star for lack of something like a challenge mode. :(
