Boring. Not much to do. Sound was annoying.
Fun but needs help...
You've got a great concept for a game here, but it's clearly not finished. It is buggy. I personally ran into the won't-advance-levels bug (where I destroyed all the buildings in level three, but then nothing happened). Given all the problems people seem to be running into, I think there's some major testing required.
Take heed as well to all the suggestions for improvement being thrown your way. I like the idea of a pause menu rather than sidebars that pause when you mouse over them. Main weapon and stat upgrades (ie. things that make your basic attack do more damage or increase the range or area of effect, or make your character take less damage, or run faster, etc.) with special weapon drops from defeated enemies.
I liked the destructible terrain, but beyond the apparant bugginess, maybe some kind of bonus/penalty system for destroying buildings would be good. Obviously destroying civillian buildings would constitute a monitary penalty, but perhaps if you destroyed an enemy building (where enemies spawn) you got a increased chance of special weapon drops but then less coins for upgrading your character.
Maybe some bosses would be cool too. A genie would be great for the desert level (perhaps his lamp would be the weak point), yeti(s) for the snow level, and what fantasy game would be complete without a dragon?
Hopefully you'll fix the bugs and perhaps take some of our suggestions when you release a completed version of this game. I look foreward to seeing an even better version of Magi Wars soon.

Fun, but I hit a glitch.
I got to the first Ice level and when I went up to the horizon in the background I disappeared. Despite this, I had fun while it lasted.
