Awesome flash there, and this time it looks a little more challenging than the last one (Kyros' battle). All I can say is Exodus looked way too cool to be the villain in this episode? Anyways the about the battle which you seem to have trouble in...
In my first try I never knew the Shadow Shuriken attack can hurt so much, but once I realised he only uses it when he's low on health (say 6000 health or less), a lot of preparation might be a good idea. As the Author suggested, level Karen's regeneration a lot so that you don't have to waste time healing the entire party (Using Blade's Heal Ally to recover her when she recovers MP. And Roy's SP Gift can help Karen too!) Have Kyros attack and heal when necessary, Blade can use Blade Dive when regen is complete, have Target chargin' his lazers (Ha!) and fire laser when he has enough MP, but keep his SP gauge full.
By the time you whittle Exodus to say 5000, you should have Kyros and Target's SP at max. At that point drop the nuke on him with both their emblems. Hope this helps you, because I don't think the Author would put a skip scene in this battle anytime soon (Hahaha! That's more evil than the evil Shadow Shuriken!)
