The bomb towers can be a nuisance because the bombs explode behind the lead vehicle... Fix this by pausing shortly after they are launched.

For those wondering, Marathon mode is manageable. It took me a few tries to find a combination that would let me get past the opening levels but once I did and got my maze set up it's plain sailing. I've let it run for several hours and am at wave 200 and counting. Eventually I'll die (everything is maxed and the tanks keep getting tougher) but it won't be any time soon.
For the author - I enjoyed it. Several towers have no real role, though this is perhaps deliberate on your part. Could use more variety in enemies. The game has become very jerky with a big maze, when you write the sequel please look for ways to optimise targeting and pathfinding which I suspect are the cause.
