way too time consuming

its all good and all but my goal is to reach 25K for population only at 13k everything becomes a waiting game.built my mines up took on the economy terra, researched better drilling so i had a +50 to income however even with that i'm torn wait ten minutes to build another mine for an additional +4 or upgrade my city to be done with thtis game? well i had a pretty solid defense and nothing had even gotten close to the purple glow of new earth so i decided to quit at 13K and call it a game won. if i continued to play for uhh lets say 2 hours i might have actually done it.

Very Good

It's a good game with only one problem I find. I've got a good city setup, impenetrable defense and everything, but it's taking forever to get 25k population. I've had the game running for a long time now and I'm just leaving collect money while I do something else.

IT would be really nice if the player could choose to send the next wave at his leisure, because those long lags between waves (at least in beginner) mean that this isn't really a game you can keep your attention on until it finishes. I found myself studying (the horror) while waiting for money to rack up for the next population upgrade/mine. It would make that salvage upgrade a lot more powerful, though, so I don't know whether you'd agree.
Other than that, lots of fun and very visually appealing. The reviewer below me is possibly the biggest dick in the galaxy. I think he might be Dubya Evillax.
