I think there may be a serious bug
i bought a $3000 laser tower, the money was charged, but the tower was no where to be seen

Hmmm
It's a good game, it allows the user to choose what they want to build at first, and I can almost guarantee that everyone who plays has to go back a second time and start building defense weapons. The game sometimes locks up and you aren't able to see what's going on though. It's a classic game, but has a lot of originality in it. Well done.

Overload
Although it is sometimes hard to get by in this game due to a lack of money or power supply, it is quite entertaining, when you know what you're doing. The only thing that makes me wince and squint are two waves of enemies, somewhere around the 50th. I think, more precisely, that they are the 49th and the 51st.
Enemies spawn all around the planet, and just, well, raep the planet. Sucks away all the power supply avaible within five seconds, and it even (on the 51st wave) makes the game crash when one single ship touches the city. Maybe it's intended to be that way, I have no idea. But it's a block to the fun.
Excellent game, now that it's revised
Extremely well done game, and very, very difficult. As others have noted, the difficulty curve is simply insane. Can you beat it on the top level?
I've noticed that, at least on easy, the game is beatable until level 50 when a massive number of enemies swarm you. I assume this is scripted to be the end of the game, which is why some people have noticed that the game crashes at level 51. Personally, I've never survived past that level, although I'm going to adjust my strategy and try again.
