I agree with Anoreth
The animation was good and the concept was great but the meaning is so hidden unless it really is as simple as Absolut100 has stated. But I'll give you the ten because I love allegories AND because it's so difficult to understand why water.

He knew her, he had lost her along with his water, the moment she returned his water came back, I don't know if it's as simple as that or if it has a far more deep meaning, but I loved it anyways.
May need to rewatch to understand.
Still trying grasp what the flash meant, but otherwise, good character and enviornment design along with your animations. Even though its worth a 10, I wish that whatever you were trying to express was more obvious for the audience rather than being so concealed.
good, but kinda creepy and slow
i liked it, it had a unique feel to it, the characters were kinda creepy and it was pretty uneventful, but it was good none the less. dont really get it all that much but i thought the animation and graphics of it were pretty darn good so yeah 8/10
