yeah, i do the same thing a lot too. the scanning of the pictures for flash, but not for EVERY FRAME. i have to improvize most of the time... and tracing is easier.

That's the best advice I can give for them.
Anyway, on to your review. It was a pretty good flash. Short, but to the point. I guess you could've made it longer, but it was suppose to work in with the music, so it's effectively an animated music video with a plot. In terms of writing, I'd call it a vignette, which is alright. Dunno what people could be complaining about. It it's the animation... Well, the animation was fine. I recognize the style. Some people just get bent out of shape over weird things.
