Reviews for "The Last Fight"

Great

Great job. The music you chose to have made it even better(in my opinion).

loved it

the anmations were a little choopy and show a little more fighting next time but loved but than anything i can make

It's... something.

I have to agree with just about everything the previous guy (Pvt-blasto) said.

Firstly, the music was irritating. It didn't fit the mood.

I think you should of concentrated more on the actual fight, rather than giving us flashbacks without any rising action, introduction, etc. You tried to compile all of it into one mushy blob.

That said, I really liked the artwork. I think you could easily make something incredible. Consider what you want out of your audience next time.

With a combination of the music and erratic flashbacks, the movie ended up aggravating me. It was hard to sit through.

couldnt finish it...

i hate that music... its horrible.. sorry it is... its bland and generic and whiney pretentious and it doesnt represent whats going on.....

cant say its a bad movie because of the music but it sure doesnt help...

i see a lot of these "flying" shots where something is about to happen or has happened... and then flash backs... and bells go off in my head asking me why someone would invest so much time in something and make it seem like nothing is really happenning...

i usually find flash backs kill a story... start from the begginning and work yourself up... so were going to start at the battle scene right? all drama gets thrown out the window, ACCEPT THAT no number of flash backs is going to recover drama... its gone...

so if you want to do a movie about two guys fighting... cool nice concept, its work many times before and im sure anyone can make it work again... but you need to accept that its an idea that can only go so far... theres no story in a battle scene... you dont start at the climax and expect inpact.. your not even making a dent in our minds when i can tell your trying to make a crater...

sorry, i however do like the style of the characters, i dont like the animation because there barely is any... its all shorcuts and no meat...

dont give up, hope to see you try again

Ignore the critics, follow your heart

Yea, Cliche comment but it's as close as anyone can get to saying that you should "Ignore what people say but don't stop listening to advice. Take what you learn and follow what you truely feel about the item of discussion."
You put a lot of hard work and effort into making this small flash, and with the tools at hand you did good work. To me personally, there are some improvements that are important to me. The characters poses could use improvement, and so could their detail as well. The amount of action could be improved as well.
You should try and focus on one thing at a time. By that i mean instead of jumping back and forth between flashback and action, do one, and then the other.. maybe have the final fight, and with the final blow have images of the flash back happen.

I hope this won't be your final flash though. You do good work
