Im going to give it a nine because it is quite a cool game to play but it needs a few more colour choices.

Works well
A nice little gadget, you've created there. Aside from all the normal MS Paint tools that you could add, it would be good to have a reset button so you can start again. A few larger brush size and some more colours would also be good.

Simple paint tool
It's an OK paint, however, it can use some improvements, eraser tools, maybe shape tools, and such, and then it'll be much better.
