I give all three of these guys 10 STARS OF MIGHT for pissing off half of newgrounds.
For all you bitchers and whiners out there, these guys made similar flashes as a joke, so you could all bitch and whine like... like... BITCHERS AND WHINERS! Therefore, for being so awesome at being such epic d-bags full of win, I give 10 STARS OF MIGHT to all these artists, and then I'll give you 72 virgins when you die, even though you're not Islamic, because thats just the nice guy I am.

There's a reason why these kind of "dumb" flashes that probably took an afternon to make become copied endlessly by admirers, why "good" flashes that take months to create don't. The difference is that these "X n' Y" flashes (of which there are TWO of on the front page currently) are inspiring. It doesn't take flashy graphics or witty humor or groundbreaking animation techniques or incredible soundtracks or any sign of thought or planning or... you get my point. All you need to do is find a situation that will make your audience think, "God, I want to make something like that," and BOOM, you start an Internet phenomenon. Works every time.

I love the simplicity, it shows that anyone can make a funny flash no matter their skill level. Some of these artist try such complicated flahses that end up lacking in humor, when something as simple as a triangle and Hexagon can bring a good hearty chuckle ^_^.
i've figured it out
every bigwig in NG is doing this.
this is the major plot behind every one i've found:
polygons as animate beings placed in a serious/semi-serious plot/situation,
and then that serious plot is touched up with humor, or is humorous, because of how polygons are portrayed as animate objects.
Either that, or you guys are shoving your dicks in our face showing how you can get it away with doing shit submissions meanwhile rather decent flashes don't make it past the submission stage.
i hope it' s the former.
