Watch some stick and animation tutorials.
Also, I'm not sure whether or not you compressed the audio, but the file was a little large.

Another part of the badness
Make sure you draw sticks with line instead of brush. This was choppy in the other part and guns and blood drawn badly, use sprites instead drawing you shitbag.
You get a 1/5 from me.
