it reminds me of Ren and Stimpy, but the bad thing is that some parts just went too slow when it needed to be fast and crazy......good though

Felt like a real cartoon. Funny, entertaining, great job.

Everything was ok except for the sounds. I suggest you work next time with someone who has more experience with audio. Also, you might consider getting a better microphone or taking a step back when talking/screaming into it.
Sound is half of your animation. If it isn't done correctly, the graphical part looses quality. The case here is that I can't get into it because the sound is constantly distracting me.

I loved the theme of the animation, but some of it wasn't zany enough for the voices or the other way around.

I loved it, you are definitely getting much better though I liked the plot for the french zombie toon more.
i think this is pretty underrated.
