I wouldn't really call this metal, but it is a nice departure from everything I have been hearing lately. I have been a musician for about 13+ years, so I've become rather jaded on a lot of material. I would love to hear some more work along these same lines. You're headed in an interesting direction, and the textures and ambiance that you have created with the guitars is an excellent contrast to the hard impact sounds of the drums. Awesome song.
