One of my biggest problems with tribute games like this is that the programmers don't take enough time to make the gameplay like the original. The player character moves too fast for the animation and bullets don't go through platforms like the original. This is very simple on the programming end, and I think you would get much better scores if you fixed this and added an update.

I love metal slug, always has good weapons and challenging game play, but this one killed me because the music can't be turned off...i love playing games like this and listening to pantera or slayer or something like that...could even hear my own music over the music thats playing during this game...only complaint though...next one make a music on/off button...good job either way though

Great game. Really gives out the spirit of Metal Slug.
It's greater and much harder version of it. The soldiers are less of a push over and you get surrounded. Fun and hard.
Crouching helps, but not all the time.
