This was by far the best in the series so far thanks to the inclusion of an alright storyline which definitely made the flash worth watching. It's great to see how you manage to keep improving on your plots with each episode in this series.
I liked the inclusion of a menu this time round. It added a nice bit of interactivity and was a great way to introduce the characters, particularly the new ones. I found the scrolling bars to be a little too distracting though and since they were a similar colour to the text it made it a little difficult to read for brief moments when the lines were in certain places. The damage was extremely minamal though.
I found the audio levels to be far too loud. Usually 80% sound volume is perfect on my laptop, but for this flash I had to drop it to around 50%. I was disappointed to see that you didn't include subtitles this time round as this meant the flash suffered from the same problem as the first. It was difficult to understand a number of lines, which meant that the plot was a little difficult to follow at times. The sound quality of one of Jazz's lines seemed to be of a lower quality than the rest, with it seemingly being a low quality audio clip you found on the internet. This seemed out of place with the rest of the flash.
I liked the fact that you included a human in the flash for the first time. It was great to something on earth other than one of the transformers. Although I have no idea why exactly he was walking in the middle of a desert. It also seemed a little strange that you didn't have the autobots approach the ice cream truck at the start as you ended the previous episode with them approaching it. This meant that when I saw the ice cream truck at the beginning, I assumed it was going to be a direct continuation. The fact that you didn't do this has left me wondering what happened when they approached it before, since obviously they could not have been served an ice cream and surely should have cottoned on to the fact that it was a decepticon.
The song killed this flash for me as it was so out of place and I didn't find it funny. Perhaps a longer version of this could stand by itself as a separate submission.
One of the highlights of this flash for me was Conecrusher's and Grimlock's argument. Maybe you could have cut back to this a little later on though showing that they were arguing for ages and not fighting at all. This would have added an extra touch of humour to this moment. I also particularly enjoyed the really cheesy speech where you introduced the next flash.

The menu is something I worked on for ages and I thought it was a great addition to the flash - glad you liked it too! I added in the scrolling lines to make it look a little more like a computer screen and to make it look just a little bit more interesting.
As for the audio levels, I really can't say much. The publish settings are exactly the same as they were for the last 3 flashes, so the spike in volume isn't something I can control. As for the subtitles, you would not believe how much trouble I was having with audio with this flash. I had to move all the sounds into symbols, sometimes even ahead of their proper place on the timeline. I couldn't have added subs if I tried, unfortunately. I know people were bothered by that so I included them in Part 2. That one Jazz line was one I couldn't manage to get from my actual voice actor, and with him being unavailable, I had to record it myself as a placeholder. It didn't get processed by my sound guy either. Once I can get the actor back I can hopefully replace that line.
Adding a human element is something I've been wanting to do. There's actually going to be one in SRM Transformers 5. I figured that people wouldn't really wonder why a strange man was wandering in the desert. Maybe he just wanted that ice cream really really badly? As for the continuation, the credits of SRM Transformers 3 reveal Soundwave in the ice cream truck as it drives away. They apparently did not catch on that it was really a Decepticon, since as I'm sure you've noticed, they're all a little bit dim. And who's to say that Conecrusher wasn't stocked with ice cream?
Sorry you didn't like the song part - people either love it or hate it. I thought it was fitting because of Jazz's character though. He was always "the cool guy" and would blare music rather often. I know it's a bit of a silly stretch for your taste, but it's fitting with the character.
You're one of the few people to remark on the argument and the ending speech. I'm glad they were something you found funny too!

I loved it. I can't wait for part 2 so I can see who "is stronger!" Conecrusher wasn't a head like the others which was odd, and I missed having the subtitles; these videos are sort of hard to read.
BTW it would be cool to the Constructicons or some other team. It would be cool to see a combiner made of heads. I do understand if you want to wait for ROTF so you can spoof Bay's Devastator like you did with lots of others.

I would already have part 2 out, but my computer died so I've been waiting to get it back. I wanted Conecrusher to look sorta like Michael Bay's Bonecrusher, just because I wanted to have one really big bad guy. When RotF comes out, I might redesign these guys, but for now it's mostly based on the old cartoon.
The next one will have subtitles; I was just going through hell with subs on this one's production. Just you wait, the sequel will be out in less than a month!
