Reviews for "Maze Explorer v2"

Not too bad

I am actually going to say that was alright but quite a few things grated on me (major problems):

1) Firstly there should be better music choice or a button to mute the music because it was not good.

2) The movement could me smoothed out and also the graphics aint too sharp.

But apart from that all the rest were minor details - perhaps adding a map or something?? Or a slight hint at where you are suppose to be going???

Deathstrom45 responds:

I will def consider the music choice change. I had a lil difficulty finding something I like. I need a way to compress the sound files so that the ending .swf doesnt end up being a bazillion mbs. The graphics do suck on the first to levels. The third is much better. i just didnt go back and redo the first two yet. But I will do that eventually. in later versions. Mini map = no

i don't know how to make this better

maybe a mini-map?
then again i hate mazes...
but you did an awesome job
on the character and the maze.

Deathstrom45 responds:

I thought about a mini map deeply. I even added one at one point in time. But the problem with that is the maze becomes to easy to figure out. Its supposed to more about trying to find the exit than hitting the walls. thanks for the review.

Interesting concept

Far too easy to hit walls, though...perhaps slow down the character slightly.

Deathstrom45 responds:

Thanks for the review and I do plan to slow him down. Appreciate the time. Check back in a week or so cause Ill have the next version out hopefully much better than this one.

Good

Congratulations, I gave you 5 stars because I think this was very good, even if I get stuck in the second level.

Deathstrom45 responds:

Awh man the second lvl is eay compared to the third. I beat the 3rd on my 5th try but it was damn hard, the key is patience.

Hmm.

You have the right idea behind this. The basic concept I liked. The game can get quite frustrating when you keep hitting into the walls. The control sensitivity was a bit touchy, so one little tap on my arrow key caused the floating head guy to go miles. Keep up the good work, keep on practising, and you should get there in time.

Deathstrom45 responds:

Thanks for the review. I agree the controls are touchy. Im still owrking on that much. (the camara lag adds to this.)
