Good for a start
it's good for a startup flash and thats about it, you should try making the characters a little more flexible like the actual madness flashes, and you could make it a bit longer, and a bit slower, so you can keep an eye on whats going on, also, the feet were moving WAY to fast, you should try improving that with the flexibility also. improve that and you'll have a good flash!
