That was great work and for your first longish attempt I think it's impressive. The choice of music was spot-on. While visually not my style I thought the sparseness of the action and animation was well thought out and dramatically balanced.
Which on Newgrounds is a rare feat. Too many animators go for technical mastery or violence and fart jokes. Your piece is a refreshing change from the ordinary.
Keep it up! Can we expect more in the coming year?

Hmm, what do you mean exactly? It's original in the sense that I painted all of it in the ArtRage painting program. Or do you mean the general tone or direction? Please PM me.

Great artwork, good choice of music for the tone, and interesting story. I'd really like to see more submissions done in this style.
On a side note, people don't seem to understand the story or get why a kid would dream that. But I mean, unless you're lucid dreaming, how often do you tell your subconscious "yo man, cut that shii out! i want to have a regular sleigh ride with santa, wtf!"
