Very little of this work differentiates itself from other movies. Nearly every element in the movie screams "typical," from the "confession" dialogue to, to the choice of music, and even to the meme-laden "out-takes."
To me, Chuck's New Tux presents an excellent example of how to slowly build into a gut busting punchline. This particular set-up had promise, but I personally found the execution exceptionally poor, almost amateurish.
At the very least, the movie was technically sound. The author clearly knows how to use sprite-based assets effectively. Now he simply needs to learn to create more compelling scenarios within which to display his talent.
