i beat it in 804 seconds, even though i did cheat and looked at the acheivement guide, but hey who doesnt look at the achievment guides fr games :P

Type in jmtb02 to get achievement no 77
Type in contra to get achievement no 78
Press spacebar for achievement no 49
Press both left and right arrow keys for no 48
Press both up and down arrow keys for no 47
Hit point 3, then 1 and then 4 in that order for no 54
Hit 3-0-0 in that order for no 55
Hit 4-2 in that order for no 56
Hit 2-5-3 in that order for no 57
Hit 4-5 in that order for no 58
blocks?
dunno why but itll give u the achivement for all blocks colored when there are just a few more that ARE touchable, but just seem un-touchable.
btw use 1 2 3 and 4 to do the elephant color.
