To get the red cube go all the way to the left bottom side of the mountain. A eye symbol should appear. Click on it for the red cube.

Also the cubes are arranged by color of the tree. So if it's red put the red cube in. If it's green put the green cube in. If it's blue put the blue cube in. I doesn't have to be in any particular order.
Great game but...
I found a glitch that won't let you go to the bank. I got the screw driver the taser the map and the reward before I went to the bank and now it won't let me go there. Just thought I would point it out.
