Haha, anyways, pretty good. You need a different mike or otherwise you should try to lay off breathing into it, because there's a lot of air sounds and it was a little distracting.
I remember my first flash...
It was horrible by modern day standards damn right it was... evident proof that I should never ever do anything in flash EVERS!!!!
But here I see great potential... You have the drawing skills, the knowledge of how to use sounds correctly all you need is a bit of practice and you'll be great. What I recommend you do is go to the flash tutorial page here on NG and learn from them. Learn to make a play button, to stop your movies at the end, and maybe something a little more that you'd never thought existed in flash.
As for audio try downloading sound clips from a sound dump website instead of making your own. It'll sound smoother if you do... somewhere like findsounds(dotcom) or google the sound you want to find (you gotta go through a bunch of other websites but you'll find it). Practice on color as well, it helps your artwork look more lively, remember to also add gradients, shadows, and all the other artistic necessities.

Ok, so ya obviously VERY choppy, you need to add a lot more frames to this, and spend more time drawing cuz i know you can draw better than that ;P mmmm but ya i can see where you're going and I think you could produce some pretty good stuff. You know, just put more time into it. Yeah, that's what this needed, time. KEEP IT UP!
