Hard? seriously?
Okay it's a fair challenge for non Danmaku players but really Touhou easy is harder even easy kills you in 1 shot and throws 200 to 300 bullets at you with the later bosses.
Here you have like 15 hits before you die, that's a lot, a heck of a lot.
Even though it's not as the description says because this is more like a bullet chainmail it has pretty nice graphics and a more than decent control.
How to dodge Bullet Hell:
Hold down (in this case, the Z) key. You sholuld see a coloured circle appear on your sprite. This is called your hitbox. Bullets are allowed to touch anywhere on your sprite (called "grazing") but if they touch the hitbox, you die.
So, if you maneuver the hitbox between all the bullets, you don't get hit. And if you do get hit, bomb immediately and you'll be out of danger.
You can't see your hitbox when you're not in strong fire mode, so you'll have to guess or just use strong fire all the time.
And seriously, if you think this is too hard, go play Touhou on Lunatic and then get a life.

Seems alright for a danmaku, but you've forgotten a few core principles:
1: Don't make enemy bullets and the background similar. The background of falling stars fails, because it looks like I'm being shot at in the corners of my eye.
2: Make player shots different from enemy shots. The lasers were one thing that looked the same, so I got cheap-shoted by lasers moving straight down because I couldn't tell.
3: Don't cover the player's view unless he's invincible. The BOSS APPROACHING warning happens while bullets are still capable of killing me.
Also, level 4 seemed way too long.

gotta have good dodge skills and save your bombs for heavy fire, the boss battles are crazy.
