Very good!
The action was well paced and very nice to watch, but I have a few tips.
First of all, try and fix that fuzzy-ness with some of the sprites. Namely the explosion. If you blurred it, get rid of the blur- it'd look better. Also, with that camera-shake when Goku powers up and stuff, make the camera move faster. Otherwise, it looks all cheezy.

you use a death note sprite as your "signature?" that's kinda lame lol. you should make something yourself.
the flash itself was actually pretty entertaining. very well in the DBZ spirit, i think. it'd be a little better with a very very short intro explaining why they are fighting.
It's random, so I didn't do a story...does everything have to have a story? =/
