Addicting, but 1 glitch...
I had gotten to around 200 size, but touching the top of the screen locks you in place, for some reason, and at thatpoint it's impossible to go down. Not sure why that is, but it sucks when all you can do is watch helplessly as cells pour past your motionless cursor.

Ok, here it goes XD:
The main music was completely awesome, ambiental music was the best you could use for a game like this, the bad thing, was that as soon as the level started, it faded completely and it was left with an atmospheric sound... It would've been great if the whole level had the same rhythm as the first ten seconds.
This game kind of remembered me Grey-Matter, which also was in the top of NG like a month ago or so. It's a simple, yet effective game. I found the controls a little bit heavy, perhaps you could make dissapear the cursor of the mouse, or add an option to hide it.
Also, if you hit a wall, the whole screen bounces. Perhaps it would be better only to add a limit function boundarie to prevent to screen from bouncing.
Lastly, variety is the best thing in a game. You can keep it simple, but it would've been great to have other type of blood cells, maybe with different sizes or shapes.
Other than those things, great game. I enjoyed it.
Addicting
Very simple, very fun. That's the way I like it ^_^ I got 20k kills and to level 31 before I just stopped, I could have gone on forever. It's a one of a kind game, but I don't think I'll ever play it again. Still awesome.
Fun game, very addicitive
Woo, managed to get the number two high score, could have continued, but it was 01:25 and I have to go to school tomorrow.
Try to put in some more awards or prices for winning, not just a highscore. Maybe some backstory and some different music. It was a fun game.
needs tweaking
for some reason its an adicting game but theres no noticable affect when u upgrade things when i upgraded the size of the bomb it looked like it was the same size. same thing with the size of the parisite so if u make a 2nd heres some sucgestons:
1.make the upgrades more noticalbe
2.add little tentical things hanging off it(to make it look more like a parisite)
3.add white blood cells to avoid there always in the blood with or without anti-bodys.
4.make it look more like a vein make it red or some other coler then light ble.
