it's just shooting at randomly moving targets, not even real people or anything, and the guns are not accurate at all... bugged all to hell

You rate it based on what the game is. If i wanted to make a first person shooter where you shoot zombies and monsters and people, I would have made it. I made a game where you shoot targets, so you base your rating off that.
That's like saying, "Damn, Asteroids sucks because you can't shoot other spaceships or go places."

what the hell?
usually what classifies a "headshot" is somebody, you know, getting shot. in the head. I must have shot the stupid thing 50 times in the head and watched the bullet holes fly around only to see "headshots: 1" on the score sheet.
i had no idea bullets were that damn slow either. and no, its not the quality issues, runs just damn fine.
