Has some potential
What would make it better is
-You used music from the real game
-Definitely more sprites, In my opinion, you should only use sprites from the same game to keep them from clashing
-More than one background
This is very good if it's your first attempt at a scene creator.
I would have used more sprites from the same game but i couldnt use sheets cuz the animator i was using cant rip sprites but i got a new one so now that shouldnt be a problem

nees mroe srites and better things like egg man or big the cat just look at mega sonic scene creator or super sonic scene cretor theres alot of views there at toas two places ok i can do it
did you realize you misspelled MORE twice?

I see how you made this scene creator, tho it would improve the game(i think) if you:
-Used _root.clipName._x = _xmouse;
_root.clipName._y = _ymouse;
instead of startdrag(clipName);
-do so that when you rigth-click the sprites, you could select a 'return to original place' tool
-more scenes, more music, more sprites << you can never get enough :D<<

well... idea is good but:
1. MORE SPIRITES.
2. BIGGER STAGE, MORE STAGES.
3. Sonic advance spirites plz.
4. MUSIC SUCKS, IT HAVE TO STOP SOME HOW OR CHANCE.
