Uneven difficulty
I like the retro 8-bit graphics and the gameplay in general. The game was challenging, which kept me playing for a long time. However, the difficulty didn't increase with each level. I found level 3 to be extremely challenging. I tried level 3 about 30 times before beating it. Then I beat level 4 on the first try! I didn't like not being able to scroll to the right to see where the castles are. I also really wanted a way to save progress so I didn't have to play the first couple levels every time (you could disable high scores for players not starting at level 1). I thought since the balls are so scarce, they should 'rollover' to the next level if you don't use them all. Getting 1 point for each extra ball is a ridiculously small bonus since each one is so valuable. You could've expanded the game with more powerups. For instance, an upgrade where you can see the angle and power you gave your previous shot. As it was, an extra ball was the most important powerup.
Final score: 8/10, mostly because it did keep me playing for over an hour trying to beat that third level.
