good, but a couple of things
Nice game, liked the graphics and the sound was ok, the difficulty was good as well. A suggestion would be to fix the bugs. The squid liked to shoot of in random directions whenever it felt like it, usually hitting a rock. Other than thta, it was good. Maybe a bit more upgrades and an achievement list would make it better, but fix the glitches and it'll be a pretty nice game anyways.

it was fun soill give it a 5 but I noticed a few gliches
1) I lost 2 lives on the first boss when I got hit once
2)whenever I died if I pressed Z repeatedly before I responded all my shots would abruptly appear as soon as I did (no complaints here) i thought I should point it out
and some suggestions
1)a larger variety of attacks and eniemes
2)more upgrades

The controls were ok. Conceptually sound. I liked the upgrades.
More upgrades, please.
A broader drilling attack. A stronger enemy attack. The blast was nice but the multishot was weak.
Overall, good game.

It was alright, but it was probably one of the easier side scrolling shooters I've played in a while.

but it lacked much after like the 4th level. the xp was so easy to get that i already had all the upgrades before i finished half the game! you should add more upgrades.
you could use a red rock smasher, a plasma drill or something that actually hurts them when you drill them, an ink spray to stun enemies, maybe a triple drill like 2 extra drills on your side that are smaller and dont go as far, when you kill an enemy they drop a temporary powerup that makes 2 fishes follow you and shoot automatically, and maybe an ultimate that like sends tentacles spiraling from behind him destroying all of the enemies on the screen, but you have to wait for a bar to fill up that fills up when you kill enemies or something.
