Some ideas:
WASD in addition to arrows
Have maps be more like Doom levels to build up suspense
Animated death sequences, make them scream when they die

Mr Mucky, does the jobs you hate? Crack den cleansing and Fight Club-esque exec rebelliion. The hilarious comments from the executives made this all the more enjoyable. I was familiar with some of those buzzwords!
Good game, bad controls.
Movement REALLY needs to be changed to WASD. Working the mouse and the space bar with the arrow keys is too awkward. This change would make this a far better game.
