Way to fast, and the menu is hard to understand
I understand trying to create the effect of surgery under stressful conditions, but as far as I can tell there's really no way to do anything in time, either increase the time limit or make the attacks less instakill. Make the gene line less annoying by not having it flash while the user is trying to find a dot somewhere along it. Also, you should make the attacks fit the supposed time period your performing surgery in.
