Here's a tip, don't forget to sedate your patients if they are close to dying, it makes life so much easier.

As a huge fan of the Dark Cut series of games, this one is absolutely outstanding and my favorite. I've been coming back and forth to play it every few months just to enjoy it's awesome game play and unique style all over again. The art is great, the statuses are great, no glitches to be seen far and wide. This game is absolutely amazing! Any one who says otherwise? Probably some pussy who can't take realism.

I'm hoping perhaps one day they'll be a Dark Cut 4 that will also make my jaw drop. (:

I couldn't go past the third guy who writes letters while still having a metal rod in his head, that guy was so uncooperative i went totally bonkers and like 'die idiot' lolz..

i love this game the graphics are amazing , but it is so easy and goes by to fast
