meh...

While the story itself is well thought out, and almost funny, it felt like you were trying to pull it into two different directions. There was the cutesy aspect, with the little girl, simple animation, and dinosaur, then there was the violent aspect akin to Pico and a few others.
Also, I found the ending slightly homophobic(the "fag", had a watering can and red hat on, possibly indicating he was gay), and I didn't like staring at your web address throughout the entire animation either. Last, I would have liked a more graphic depiction of the girl and boy "breeding".

..until the stupid, gratitous use of the word "fag", which injected an ugly, sour note into what was a delightfully absurd romp.

Bland

I've seen a lot of amazing flashes on newgrounds and this, sadly, is not one of them. the music fit well with the animation, but there really wasn't much of a story.
Random girl shows up and proceeds to live inside a dragon for nine months, as he manages to survive without moving ever and does so without the use of several vital organs. If you put a lot of thought into a storyline and sat down and animated it you could come up with some good stuff based on the concept you already have created. good luck
