Eh.
It's deep, alright. However, it's not at all like a sad ending scene. It's not like anything at all from the series. It does bring to mind Emma's death, though. Seems to fit Otacon. Damn good, but a bit quiet.

It sounds very close to the short acoustic part from the MGS3 Theme. It's just longer and not accompanied by drums.
