Reviews for "2 Minute Battle"

Story: 5/5

The story gets 5/5 easily. Nice flash. Funny and cool. I liked the explosions. I wish the fight scenes were a little bit longer, but I still liked it a lot.

zackfire17 responds:

thanks
next one more explosions and more fighting
ill remember that

Heh...

too much freezing for the cookie, imo.
BUT HEY, GREAT STORYLINE!

And pretty cool fighting, when it was playing fluently.

Voice acting instead of text would probably have been good...

zackfire17 responds:

i dont think voice acting would suit a stick flash...

Yeah...

I can see effort went into this, however the animation was very choppy, and the movement wasn't very fluid. Keep at it though and work on making future animations smoother.

zackfire17 responds:

ill increase the frame rate next time

so so

The animation was fine, 2/5 because the whole speel on sticks not having a plot and making one revolving around a cookie made me laugh.

alright animation but not fantastic.

zackfire17 responds:

thanks for the review
ill up my frame rate next time to challenge myself to smooth it out

Too many blurs

Basically, your animation is made of overused blurs and crappy smoke effects. >_>' 4/10 2/5 Put more work in your animation, don't let the computer do all the work.

zackfire17 responds:

i will next time
i actually agree
too much blurs, especially when they are fight hand to hand
i draw my stickmen with the brush tool, but everyone else who animates good stick movies seems to use the pencil and line tool
i just tried it, its so much simpler to do fbf
so next time im gonna increase the frame rate and draw more sequences of fbf
instead of just blurring everything when they move real fast

but blurring really doesnt make things a huge amount easier
it actually makes it harder to do fbf
the only thing it helps with is make the characters look like they're moving really fast

but blur is really useful and it makes thing look really cool
so im still gonna use it

i think i've contradicted myself twice here

oh well
