Like Touhou on flash!

Ah the eighties. Shooters were really popular back then. This successful attempt of bringing back memories with this bullet hell game that really deserves 9/10.

Graphics are rather simple, but colorful, and I like them. Not confusing at all, which is a must in these kind of games.

Sound is, well, awesome. The tracks really remind me of touhou. Explosion sounds are convincing as well.

Gameplay is where you probably didn't get max score. Although it is really awesome to play, entertaining, and somewhat addictive, it is really too easy. Besides bosses, regular enemies are usually pushovers, and I've beaten this game the first time I played, even if I have little to no experience to these kind of games. Powerups are way too strong, and the adrenaline laser should be seriously nerfed.

I've read you are making a number 2. I'm looking forward to it, just make sure you create an hard mode or something!

Superb shooter!

This game has all the elements that produce a great shooter: Lots of explosions, lots of enemes, a rocking soundrack (which reminds me of 80's anime mecha cartoons) and big mamas at the end of each level to scare you off. What I'd do to imrpove it:

-put a dark blue or black background. The white one deducts from the overall feel of the game.

- Up to the middle of the game it is easy, Too easy in fact if you exclude the End Level Bosses but at the end it suddenly becomes difficult, those little buggers produce a bit too much firepower, but only at the last 2 levels. End Level Boss creatures are very vulnerable to the adrenaline weapon, maybe it should be toned down a bit.

When I first started playing I thought that this was going to be some boring game. But, the ships started to come from the sides and it was sweet! I love all of the explosions that come with them. And then, right before the boss..

Great fun

This is a great game with fun graphics, old-style gameplay (which I miss), and a good soundtrack. This game deserves to be up there in the list, not for size or effort put in, but how much enjoyment you get from this.

I think this deserves Top 10. How about you? I'll be playing this a lot in the future.
9/10, 5/5 My only complaint is that it is a bit easy. I rarely ever play these games and I got to about level 7 or 8 in one go. On my second try I beat the game. A little dissappointing but a fun game never the less. I am eager to see more things from you and I hope #2 will live up to, and even vastly improve on this one.

frantic, nah... more like EPIC!

pretty much the best game of its genera ive played

Keep the no background, i hate other games where ships camoflage with background
Dont have to hold down mouse!
pitty there wasnt a bit where the screen was FULL with enemies
