Very fun, even if a bit hard to play, game!

Well it was very like the original with a Halloween twist, great concept. But there are flaws:
-no instructions at all
-the cake is slightly too small to block the zombie attacks
-there should be a difficulty setting
-the game is too hard and can be improved by making the cake block the full attack instead of a specific area like the original
Liked the intro, t was kinda frightening especially if watched at night and the zombie dad concept is interesting. Hope to see a better flash next time!

I agree, the instructions need work. But the controls are simple: click to attack, and space to block. You just have to watch.
And I obviously need to illustrate better...that's not cake, it's supposed to be a trash can lid that you're protecting yourself with. Yeah, I know....lol

it's not bad but it's too hard
I'd love it if you could see the dad's health, but I suppose it added to the struggle of it. The cleaver didn't always hit, so you could spam hits but end up with only a few. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the second stage a whole lot.
I can't overlook the fact that you said in the description that this project was your first of many things, so this being a starting point of many things is actually a good thing. You know how to do a lot, and it's clear that you'll be able to grow a lot (and already have, considering the time that has passed).
