Hi. First off, I just want to say that I know absolutely nothing about music; I just enjoy going on this site and downloading things that I like.
With all of the time that I have spent on Newgrounds, I don't think I have ever heard anything quite like this. In fact, I don't even think I've ever listened to a just cello song.
Usually, I open a bunch of songs up in new tabs and quickly click through them until I find something that interests me. When I heard this, I stopped completely. I was completely drawn in.
There is real emotion in this song (hence the name haha). As I mentioned earlier, I never really paid much attention to a cello, so I had no idea that it could sound...vaguely human, I guess. Sort of like moaning and whispering at the same time.
This song is sad, yet, in my mind, somewhat hopeful. I've been going through some rough times recently, and I really enjoyed listening to this (if you couldn't tell already).
I've never even written a review before, but, as soon as I heard this song, I knew I had to. Awesome job! :D
