I'd say it's ALMOST perfect to be the theme for some over-the-top energetic person that's naive about life and is just concerned with having fun...
I'd suggest speeding it up a little, and adding a bit more 'energy' to it. That's all, really.
Overall, DAMN catchy. I've been listening to this for about 40 minutes straight. The only thing that keeps going through my head is Excel Saga (anime), or some other animes with wacky antics.
