well
i failed to see how the difficulty changed, and are speakers just too low or do none of your flashes have sound?
but, for a first try, you get a 6 (for the script and bg)

The difficulty levels affect the top speed of the computer paddle and no, I didn't put sound in any of my flashes yet, but I'm going to add some music and sound effects into the next version of this game.
alright at first..
.. till i found out that if you hit the ball the first time all the way to the left of the paddle then on the second hit all the way to the right of the paddle. you will win every time in 2 hits. that made it boring for me, make the ai a bit smarter and not go in the same place over and over again,and maybe itll be funner. like others have said, power ups would be a great addition as well as levels, but work on the cpu ai the most cause its to easy to win. i hope any of this has been helpful.

Yeah I'm going to make it much harder in the next version and hopefully it'll have loads of extra stuff like music, sound effects, powerups and levels as well.

You say thats your first flash?
I'm going to give you a 10 just for the fact that this is your first, I'll agree with other people that its a bit glitchy but the glitches that I found have a few easy fixes and because flash is a learning curve the more you work with this the more you'll learn about how to troubleshoot a lot of these problems. Props on the great start and I hope to see more from you in the future!

Thanks! When I said it was my first flash, I meant it was my first flash that I've ever published on the internet, I've been playing around in flash for quite a while but never really made a full game or anything. I'm already learning new things and I'm working on fixing the glitches and adding new features for the next version.
