One thing I didn't understand was if all electronics were cut out, how come the car at the end suddenly worked?

I really don't have much to say other than, this is so scary in the way that this could happen... and the details are amazing.
It's just so chilling... it's like your a prisoner in your own world...

definitely something you don't see on newgrounds every day. The animation was well-done and the special nuances definitely contributed to the overall effect. The wait will be worth it to see future episodes, if you decide to pursue this story.
also to others: She obviously didn't kill the soldiers. The soldiers committed suicide because they couldn't stand trying to live in a post-apocalyptic world, and the fact that the gun is now in her possession is supposed to suggest how close she is "supposed" to be the next in line. The fact that she doesn't however suggests she is much stronger in character than even the archetype of the soldier, establishing her as a great lead character and the perfect person to survive in a post-apocalyptic world without seeming unbelievable.
