I think that you don't need any improvement. I thought it was hilarious the way it was. Your style was very nice and quite humorous. Good Job!
Room for improvement
I notice that not many of the reviews are particularly helpful. I will try to point out a few areas that I think you could improve it for Part II.
Animation: 9
Humour: 8
Sounds: 6 (could do with some more scary sounds, and maybe if you are planning on making it kind of like a Sitcom, the sound of an audience laughing)
Voice acting: 8 (Dracula's voice got a little difficult to understand at one point)
Length: 6 (I know it is a Short, but still, it is a bit too short. I think you could probably get a couple extra minutes from each episode, but then again there will be others who think trying to squeeze any extra laughs in there will be milking it, so that is really up to you)
Overall, a good animation. Funny, pretty well animated, and an enjoyable way to spend a few minutes. Looking forward to Part II

Thanks for the review, ej. The last thing I wanted to do was put a laugh track in because it's not the feeling I was going for (there'll be a Munster's joke coming in one of the later episodes but it's not going to be a theme)... but I know about the problem with Dracula's voice and I've already decided how to fix it for the next episode. The criticism is well taken and I've already started jotting down notes for improvement on the next episode. Thanks again for taking the time

It has potential, you used their profiles pretty well, and it was pretty funny. I liked it.
