From a traditional animation view...
First of, great main character, he would be easily distinguishable even in silhouette. Secondly I have done a lot of hand drawn stuff myself, and I know that getting frame lines to stay consistent is near impossible if not a serious investment of time. The constant movement is something I think adds to the style of an approach such as this, and I think it is something that you should keep. If I were to recommend any improvements, I would probably try and reduce the number of frames cycled for the background. I say this mainly because of the scene with the pope sitting reading about Super Villain being way too visually active. Anyway great work, and I look forward to more.
