There are a few things you should notice

Ok, for one this is extremely well done. The aniamtions and sound are amazing. But there are a few things that you need to work on yet, to make this perfect.
1. You have some subtitle spelling and grammar errors (with something this amazing, a simple thing like that can tarnish its worth.) Fix those up.
2. Try to keep this serious, because personally I would. Try to keep the humor out of this series. It does well enough on its own without the cheeky puns and little jokes.
3. Keep making more episodes, and keep up this quality while working on the fore-mentioned items.

Nice but...

I like what your doing here and you've got the gunplay down to a pretty good science but one thing you are lacking in would be the Melee combat. It feels rather sluggish and clumsy, you should if you can work on increasing maybe the frames of your flash or otherwise making things a little smoother. Still good stuff and better then what I could do
