Great Game
The game, although somewhat repetitive is very addictive. Some reviews have said that it is bad that you lose points when you hit civilians or hit police who hit civilians. You gain points for killing police. So what you have to do is hit cops without them killing civilians.

I could have sworn that i've played a game almost just like this but it allowed you to hire other people and arm them and showed a little cutscene.
